Emotional moments on stage:

“This is one of our last shows on the American run, so let’s give it all we have tonight,” Shakira declared early in the evening. “I’m happy to just be back with my pack,” she said in front of 70,000 fans.

With 13 costume changes, dozens of dancers, pyrotechnics, lasers, and a powerful live band, the night was a fascinating spectacle that touched on her multiple musical eras.

“My life the past few years hasn’t been full of roses,” she told the crowd during a mid-show pause. “But who hasn’t had a fall here or there, right?”

She added, “What I do know is that we—women—every time we fall, we rise up just a little bit wiser. A little bit stronger. A little bit more resilient. Welcome to the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour.”

The setlist that shook SoFi:

“Thank you so much for the love you guys have been giving me for 30 years,” Shakira said, visibly emotional. “When I was weak, you gave me strength. When I wasn’t sure about my worth, you reminded me who I was… This next song goes out to you. Thank you for being the lights that have guided me home,” she said before performing “Antología” acoustically.
