Frank Ocean drops out of Coachella Weekend 2 — who will replace him?

Frank Ocean drops out of Coachella Weekend 2— Blink-182 will reportedly replace him

Frank Ocean will not play his headlining set at Coachella this weekend after a controversial performance in the desert on Sunday, The Post can confirm.

Blink-182 will reportedly take the 35-year-old “Lost” singer’s place this Sunday.

The punk band’s original lineup, Mark Hoppus, 51, Travis Barker, 47, and Tom Delonge, 47, reunited at Coachella on Friday for the first time since Delonge left the band in 2015.

“After suffering an injury to his leg on festival grounds in the week leading up to weekend 1, Frank Ocean was unable to perform the intended show but was still intent on performing, and in 72 hours, the show was reworked out of necessity,” Ocean’s rep said in a statement to The Post on Wednesday.

“On doctor’s advice, Frank Ocean is not able to perform weekend 2 due to two fractures and a sprain in his left leg.”

“It was chaotic. There is some beauty in chaos. It isn’t what I intended to show but I did enjoy being out there and I’ll see you soon,” Ocean noted.

The Post has contacted reps for Blink-182 for comment.

Ocean’s Coachella performance disappointed many in-person and virtual fans. The “Blonde” singer appeared an hour late, which resulted in him abruptly announcing he had to end the show due to curfew restrictions.

His performance was also not live-streamed on Coachella’s YouTube channel like other acts were.

It was reported that Ocean hurt his ankle before taking the stage, sparking major last-minute changes to his set.

He was said to have nixed the 100-plus ice skaters who had reportedly been practicing for a month, declaring his ice rink stage was being deconstructed.

“Those figure skaters got cut, not because there was an ice issue, not because there was something wrong,” Dan Powers, one of the skaters, said on his “Empty Netters” podcast.

“There was no malfunction. He (Ocean) just straight-up was like, ‘F–k this. I’m not doing this anymore.’ And (to) these 120 people (he) had bused out here, he was just like, ‘You guys aren’t doing sh– now.’ So it was just like a wild flip.”

What fans did experience was new renditions of his popular songs, including “Pink + White,” “Solo,” “Chanel,” and “Wiseman,” and a set by DJ Crystallmess.

The live show was Ocean’s first in six years. He did give disappointed fans some glimmer of hope for new music.

“It’s been so long, but I have missed you. I wanna talk about why I’m here, ’cause it’s not because of a new album — not that there’s not a new album — but there’s not right now,” he told the crowd.
