Just because you and your partner saved the entire city before doesn’t mean you can’t get better as a team. But for Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde in Zootopia 2, improvement will come in many forms. The Disney sequel’s new trailer puts the pair in therapy and gives them an even bigger mystery to solve. There’s a strange new snake in town, but the ZPD’s most famous duo will have to work out their problems first if they want to want to work out what’s going on.

It’s been nearly a decade since we saw this unlikely pair of heroes. Not much has passed for officers Hopps and Wilde, though. They haven’t had much time to work out their problems. And that’s a problem that needs fixing. Especially with a dangerous new threat facing their city. Here’s the film’s official synopsis from Disney:

After cracking the biggest case in Zootopia’s history, rookie cops Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman) find their partnership isn’t as solid as they thought when Chief Bogo (Idris Elba) orders them to join the Partners in Crisis counseling program. But it doesn’t take long for their partnership to be put to the ultimate test when they find themselves on the twisting trail of a mystery tied to the arrival of a venomous snake in the animal metropolis.

Disney teased the source of that mystery in a previous promo. It also teased the many familiar faces we’ll see in the movie. But it will also introduce some all new new important ones, too. The film also stars Ke Huy Quan as Gary De’Snake, Fortune Feimster as Nibbles, and Quinta Brunson as the quokka therapist Dr. Fuzzby.

In a statement, director-writer and chief creative officer for Walt Disney Animation Studios Jared Bush said, “It’s been an absolute joy to reteam with so many actors who made the first film so special, and so exciting to expand the world with our phenomenal new cast members. I can’t wait for audiences to see what other surprises we have in store in this brand-new adventure.”

They’ll get that chance later this year. More than nine years after the original film debuted, Zootopia 2 will be on the case for the holiday season. It premieres in theaters on November 26.
