You Me At Six are treating us to another piece of ‘Truth Decay’ in lieu of its release being delayed.
You Me At Six announced earlier this week that their new album ‘Truth Decay’ is going to be delayed a couple of weeks due to vinyl production issues.
But they have given us a little prezzie to tide us over until then.
That’s ‘:mydopamine:’, a new and brilliantly constructed piece of classic British rock that hits hard the more that you listen to it.
It’s honest and heavenly and wholly vital in all the best ways, and continues the band’s hot streak of dropping belters.
Vocalist Josh Franceschi had this to say about it:
“Dopamine is the body’s feel-good chemical, it’s responsible for allowing you to have pleasure, satisfaction and motivation. This song is about someone being that for you, making you feel good, making you feel alive.”
‘Truth Decay’ will now be dropping on February 10 via AWAL Recordings / Underdog Records.
