Streaming star xQc laid into Dr Disrespect after the banned Twitch personality called out fellow broadcasters Dr Lupo and NICKMERCS for “disrespecting” him.
On February 24, Dr Disrespect went live on YouTube, where he unleashed a heated tirade on his former friends for distancing themselves from him following the scandal surrounding his Twitch ban in mid-2024.
“I think NICKMERCS is the biggest f**king p*ssy in the world,” he said. “Lupo, obviously, he’s a fake. I didn’t talk about it before but I’m in the mood now. I think these people are the phoniest f**king people in the industry, man. You know what I mean, champs?”
Doc’s comments instantly went viral, sparking a conversation on social media and getting attention from other high-profile creators like xQc, who had a lot to say on the subject.

xQc tuned into Doc’s stream to see what the fuss was about, making it clear that he didn’t agree with the broadcaster’s opinions about his former friends.
“I don’t care who met who, if you meet somebody’s wife, or kids, or whatever the f**k,” he began. “If somebody does something wrong, you shouldn’t be bound by some code of law, code of friendship, strength and loyalty… nah, dude.
“‘He did some weird sh*t, but I’m not gonna say anything because I met your wife.’ What a dumbass, stupid [thing] to say, man. If anything, holding your friends accountable when they do some dumbass sh*t is being a good friend.”
Dr Disrespect was infamously banned from Twitch in 2020, and no reason was made public until summer 2024, when former Twitch employees claimed the streamer had used the platform’s Whispers feature to send inappropriate messages to a minor.
While Doc initially admitted to these claims in a now-deleted tweet, he would go on to accuse the site of having a vendetta against him and claimed they had orchestrated his ban.
Now, he’s lashing out at his former friends, who kept their distance from him and publicly cut ties with the streamer due to the ordeal.
This isn’t the first time xQc has expressed his differences with Dr Disrespect; mere days earlier, Doc had demanded to be unbanned on Twitch, leading xQc to assume that he “must be trolling” due to the absurd nature of his request.
