xQc shuts down Adin Ross’s plans for a Pokimane stream amid Twitch return

Adin Ross is finally unbanned on Twitch after a two-year suspension, but his fellow streamers aren’t confident he’ll be able to bag a collaboration with some of the platform’s top stars.

Ross was permanently banned from Twitch back in February 2023. While he went on to become a co-owner of Kick and an avid spokesperson for the site, he eventually expressed a desire to return to the purple platform he once called home.

After months of discussion and major platform changes from Twitch, his account was finally reinstated in March 2025… but although he’s got the green light from the purple streaming site, his colleagues are doubtful he’ll be able to bag collabs with certain content creators.

While Adin Ross has been unbanned on Twitch, he continues to stream on Kick – but his hopeful some of Twitch’s biggest creators will want to collab with him now that he’s back on the platform.

Adin Ross aims for Pokimane collab after Twitch return

On April 1, Ross got together with xQc and Sneako for a joint broadcast when he brought up the idea of streaming with Pokimane, the most-followed female streamer on Twitch and a massive internet star.

xQc, however, instantly shut the idea down, unconvinced that she’d be willing to collaborate with him.

“Felix, I actually want to do a stream with Pokimane,” Ross suggested. “Since I’m unbanned, do you think that will ever happen?”

“Probably not,” xQc answered. “People will hold it against her forever. They’ll say that she’s promoting bad and evil [stuff] like that, and she’ll never live it down.”

Ross then brought up the idea of Pokimane potentially streaming with Sneako, who also expressed doubt that she’d want to collaborate with him.

While Pokimane hasn’t said much about Adin Ross, she has been vocal about her distaste toward Kick, saying she would never stream on the website due to its affiliation with Stake, an online gambling platform.

“I would not stream on Kick, because I know that that company as a whole is funded by online crypto gambling websites that are not legal in a lot of countries that, in my opinion are kind of shady, and I personally don’t want to stream somewhere and bring my audience somewhere where they could then potentially be funneled into an addiction,” she said in 2024.

Pokimane was once rumored to stream on Kick after her Twitch contract ended, but she’s remained adamant that she won’t have anything to do with the platform.

Ross, however, has expressed criticisms of Pokimane in the past, accusing her of “always [being] the one to point fingers, cancel people, say, ‘Get them out of here,’” in a heated rant that same year.

For now, it’s unclear if Pokimane will take the leap to stream with Ross now that he’s been reinstated on Twitch, but he’s also expressed a desire to collaborate with Hasan to finally squash their beef.
