WWE star Sonya Deville continues to inspire fans with her healthy lifestyle, disciplined fitness routines, and commitment to self-growth. Recently, Deville posted a stunning gym selfie, wearing a black two-piece workout set and looking fit and flawless. She’s made meal prepping and juicing a regular part of her routine, ensuring her body gets the nutrients it needs to stay in top shape. Alongside her commitment to a healthy diet, Deville focuses on strength training and personal development to stay balanced and driven. Her dedication to becoming the best version of herself, both inside and outside of the ring, sets her apart as a role model.
A few weeks ago, Deville posted a selfie on Instagram simply wearing a black tank top, black athletic pants, and white sneakers, looking flawless. One way the WWE star stays healthy is by meal prepping. In a YouTube video, Deville explained that she meal preps “either fish rice or veggies. Or ground turkey, ground beef, vegetables, and potatoes. That’s what I use as my core staples, so I have maybe two of those meals a day.”
Another way Deville gets nutrients is juice. “My juice boxes are literally my life,” she said in the YouTube video. “I’m obsessed with apple juice. I like apple juice and orange juice, but has a lot of sugar. These are no sugar added,” she said, holding a box of Honest kids’ juice boxes. “They’re better for you; these are like my little treat.
Eating a nutrient-dense meal after working out is more important than you may realize. The Mayo Clinic says it “can help muscles recover and replace their glycogen stores.” After each workout, Deville fuels up on eggs and Dave’s Killer Bread, which she says is her “go-to post-workout.” So I’ll have my protein shake after my workout, and then I’ll have two slices of Dave’s Killer, usually with two eggs over easy, and then maybe some almond butter and jelly on the toast, which sounds really gross with eggs, but it’s actually really good.
In a recent Instagram video, Deville shows off her workout routine, which includes weight lifting, lunges, box jumps, pull-ups, and more. She captioned the post, “Motivation can fluctuate, but discipline to succeed stays at a steady rate, but I’m hungry, so it’s not a problem.”
While Deville has clear career goals, balance is important to the professional wrestler, and she takes time to focus on personal growth. “As I get older, my priorities forever evolve and change. I couldn’t be more laser-focused on my growth right now,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “Better, faster, stronger and more knowledgeable everyday is the goal. Better for my wife and my family, better for my career and better for me. Becoming the best version of myself one day at a time. It’s a journey not a destination and everyday we wake up with a choice. Make yours.”
