WU LYF Release First New Song in 13 Years: Stream

WU LYF are back. After announcing a new run of tour dates, the Manchester band released their first new song in 13 years, “A New Life Is Coming.”

With a six-minute runtime, “A New Life Is Coming” features WU LYF’s signature ‘00s indie sound, built around a guitar-driven arrangement that swells and recedes beneath a hazy vocal line. The verses simmer with a brooding calm, the mix breathing with a warm, live-room feel, while the choruses burst with the band’s full force, delivering an anthemic punch.
