Nickelback are bringing their hit-making rock sound to the legendary Field of Dreams movie site in Dyersville, Iowa, as part of the exciting new Velocity Festival, and we’ve got two VIP passes with your name on them!
The 193-acre farm and baseball diamond made famous by the 1989 Kevin Costner film will transform into a perfect setting for an epic weekend of rock and country. Going down on August 31st (the day after Tim McGraw performs at the site), the event is also set to feature sets from Brantley Gilbert, Buckcherry, Brett Scallions (former frontman of Fuel), and Default. All in all, it’s set to be — ahem — a real home run of a weekend.
“Adding a second day to this event is going to make it even more epic!” stated Nick Abate of promoter U.S. Concert Agency via a press release. “With Nickelback hitting the stage at the iconic Field of Dreams, we’re kicking off something special with Velocity, our new multi-city music festival launching in 2026. It’s all about bringing incredible performances to legendary locations and creating unforgettable experiences for fans. We’re beyond excited for what’s to come!”
