Lilly Gaddis is a TikToker known for sharing videos on the platform.

Before her TikTok account was deactivated, Gaddis shared videos of her lifestyle as a trad-wife or a traditional wife.

She previously posted under her name Llddis and had over 45 thousand followers.

Why was Lilly Gaddis fired from her job at Rophe of the Carolinas?

On June 10, 2024, Lilly Gaddis shared a video where she casually dropped the n-word while cooking.

In the clip, she referred to her friends’ husbands as “broke ass n***s.”

Her former employer, Rophe of the Carolinas announced that she was let go immediately the following day.

In a statement, Rophe said Gaddis was a “newly hired employee” whose statements “do not align” with the values and beliefs of the company.

Rophe, a home health care company for the elderly and disabled, also referred to itself as “operated by African American female and immigrant-owned businesses.”

What did Lilly Gaddis say about being fired?

In a video shared to X, Lilly Gaddis doubled down on the use of the controversial word.

She said, “So a recent video of mine seems to have upset members of a certain community.

“All the backlash has really made me do a deep dive, do a soul search, and after all that I still couldn’t find a care.”

Gaddis followed the video response with a tweet that said, “If my freedom of speech taken, they’ll be coming for yours next.”

After receiving support from far-right voices like Alex Jones and Milo Yiannopoulos, she announced her plan to join conservative media.

“Thanks black community for helping to launch my new career in conservative media!” she wrote on X.

“You all played your role well like the puppets you are.”
