TAYO RICCI is one of many social media personalities to become involved in the world of boxing.
The online sensation was confirmed for a huge 2024 boxing bout against fellow influencer HSTikkyTokky at the end of last year.

The couple shared a number of posts from their wedding ceremony, which took place in Mykonos, Greece, on social media.
The pair’s relationship had previously made headlines as they are step-siblings.

When is Tayo Ricci fighting HSTikkyTokky?
In December 2023 it was confirmed that Tayo Ricci would fight HSTikkyTokky as part of a Misfits Boxing event.
The Misfits website states that the bout will take place on January 20 at the First Direct Arena in Leeds.
Mams Taylor, co-president of Misfits Boxing, said on the event’s official site after the bout was announced: “HSTikkyTokky versus Tayo Ricci is one of the biggest non-PPV fights we have ever delivered.
“And bringing this fight to the fans is a huge statement of our intent to take the X Series to even greater heights after a record-setting 2023.
“HSTikkyTokky against Tayo Ricci is a phenomenal way to start the year, the build-up is going to be tasty, and the fight has all the ingredients to be an absolute classic.”
Kalle Sauerland, co-president of Misfits Boxing, added: “The X Series is back – and it’s back with a bang!
“Last year, we scaled new heights but we’re about to turbo-charge things in 2024 and kicking off with this card on January 20 is a sign of what’s to come.

“HSTikkyTokky is a gigantic, game-changing signing for Misfits Boxing, and we are all incredibly excited to see him in the ring next month.”
In early January 2024, rumours began circulating on X – formerly known as Twitter – that the fight had been cancelled.
One post stated that HSTikkyTokky had pulled out of the fight “after talks for a massive bout this spring” emerged.
Another claimed that Ricci was the one to pull out of the event.
There has been no confirmation of cancellation from Misfits Boxing, however, and the bout appears to be going ahead as scheduled.

In December 2023 HSTikkyTokky gave fans a glimpse at what to expect from his fight against Ricci, telling his TikTok followers: “Come January 20, this man getting knocked the f*** out.”
He added: “I can’t wait.”

HSTikkyTokky was also accused of using a homophobic slur in an allegedly now-deleted tweet following the initial announcement of his bout with Ricci.
According to a video made by YouTube user, and fellow influencer boxer, Ash Rak-Su, HSTikkyTokky posted the offensive term on his X account.
Another YouTube video also appears to show HSTikkyTokky using another homophobic slur in reference to Ricci.
The video can no longer be seen on any of the star’s social media platforms but seemingly shows him talking to the camera about the upcoming event.
