Who is Mark Chesnutt’s wife, Tracie?

In 1992, Mark Chesnutt tied the knot with Tracie Motley.

Mark and Tracie have three children together.

They are parents to their sons Waylon, Casey, and Cameron.

The two often show support to one another via social media.

How did Mark meet Tracie?

Mark and Tracie first started dating after a chance encounter at a bar.

“She came out there with a guy she was with at the time, and I took her away from him,” the former recalled to the Chicago Tribune.

What happened to Mark?

On June 19, 2024, Mark announced he underwent emergency quadruple bypass surgery.

Due to his recovery, the CMA nominee had to cancel his tour dates.

“It is with a heavy heart that I announce the cancellation of my upcoming shows,” he explained via Instagram.

“I send my love and gratitude to my family and friends, the band and fans for your understanding, prayers and support, and look forward to seeing you all again soon at a honky tonk near you.”

His team further stated: “The recuperation time will make it necessary to cancel show dates.

“Please respect the privacy of the family during this difficult time of recovery.”

Previously, Mark had suffered episodes of ill health.

On November 1, 2023, he was hospitalized for “extreme health issues.”

At the time, he told fans: “Many of you who know me well, know that I have been struggling with a battle that I’ve fought to overcome for many years on my own.

“Now after some extreme health issues I’ve recently experienced the time has come.

“The fight is over. I’ve made the decision, to take the time to get healthy.

“I’ll be coming off the road for the next couple of months to concentrate on getting well…..to take care of me, my family and so that I can get back out on the road, to give back to ALL of you who have shown me unconditional support, care and love throughout my entire career.”
