While the temperature dips below freezing here in NYC, we’re reminiscing about getting hot in Palm Springs. During the desert town’s Pride Weekend earlier this month, the Ace Hotel & Swim Club and the iconic Tom of Finland Foundation teamed up to throw a party for the ages, where scantily-clad guys and dolls channeled the erotic energy of the Finnish artist. Tom of Finland, of course, introduced graphic depictions of gay intimacy to the world of fine art, and revelers came ready to celebrate his legacy. Guests danced to hyperpop sets curated by FAKE AND GAY founder Adam Kraff, donned limited edition TOM gear created in collaboration with J.W. Anderson and Honey Fucking Dijon. Later, they cooled down with a life drawing class overlooking the crystal blue pool. If you’re somewhere cold, a scroll through the photo series below might warm you up.
