Silvstedt opened up about her wellness secrets in an interview with Victor De Monaco. She says that while she tries to eat healthy, she still makes time to indulge. “First of all, I love to eat. I am not your green juices 24/7 kind of girl. I must have a dessert everyday, and especially chocolate. And what is a night like without a glass of wine?”
While Silvstedt does still indulge, she also cuts things out. “I try to avoid eating carbs,” she says to Victor De Monaco. “Especially before a photo-shoot. I also try to limit my amount of red meat intake. I guess you can describe my diet as a Mediterranean, wholesome and vegetable-based diet.”
Silvstedt has amazing hair and skin. And she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Victor De Monaco that she turns to supplements to keep them healthy. “I try to take a lot of vitamins for my hair and skin.”
Silvstedt revealed her favorite workouts to Victor De Monaco. “I love working out outdoors,” she says. “Like doing some yoga and pilates every now and then. I prefer to go running outside rather than to workout at the gym.”
Silvstedt is all about self-love. However, she admitted in an interview that this wasn’t always the case. “I didn’t love myself until quite recently when I started accepting who I am,” she says. “Once you start loving yourself, it definitely shows, and others like you more.”
