Tyler Childers has plotted an extensive North American tour with his band, The Food Stamps, in support of their Sept. 30 release, Can I Take My Hounds to Heaven? The run has been dubbed Send In The Hounds and is slated to feature an impressive lineup of support, including Charley Crockett, Drive-By Truckers, Elle King, Margo Price, Marcus King and more.
The run will begin with a pair of shows at London’s Islington Assembly Hall on Feb. 9 and 10, followed by an extensive gap of time and a return to the stage on April 14 at The Fillmore New Orleans. From there, the artist and his company will travel through Texas and Arkansas, before arriving in The Golden State.
Once bound to the Pacific Coast, Childers will deliver a handful of Southern California performances before jumping to Detroit. Next, he’ll begin the Midwest leg of the tour, which concludes on June 15 in Kansas City, Mo. From there, the musician will take approximately a month off the road before reappearing on stage, August 2 for a two-night stand a New York’s Radio City Music Hall.
Next on the docket, Childers will trek through the Northeast before dropping down to Columbia, Md., on August 11. Then, the “Feathered Indians” singer will work through North Carolina, followed by a single night in Charleston, S.C., on August 19. The final tour stops will occur on Sept. 27 and 28, when the artist arrives in Morrison, Colo., for two nights at the fabled Red Rock Amphitheatre.
