Twitch streamer miraculously survives getting hit by car live on stream

A Twitch streamer who traveled to meet his friend biking around European cities was hit by a car during his broadcast.

On April 8, a Twitch clip surfaced showing streamer Vault39 pulled over to the side of the road talking with his chat and on his phone as car could be heard speeding past.

Suddenly, a vehicle plowed into Vault39, sending him and his bike flying. The streamer could be heard screaming out in pain before the clip ends.

Although the broadcast VOD was deleted, clips from the aftermath show Vault39 in an ambulance looking up at paramedics.

Streamer involved in serious car crash live on Twitch

According to a user who uploaded the clip to Reddit, Vault39 was meeting up with another Russian streamer, Leva2k, who was doing a bike tour of European cities called the “Tour De Rome.”

Vault39 was traveling from France to meet up with Leva2k when he was suddenly hit by the car.

Luckily, everything seems to be okay for the streamer. Bystanders who saw the accident came to Vault’s aid and stayed with him until an ambulance arrived, laying him down in the grass and checking for injuries.

“Everything seems to be fine,” he said despite having been hit by a speeding vehicle.

Vault hasn’t gone live since his stream ended inside of the ambulance. However, footage from after the crash shows Vault in a hospital, looking at the camera and waving. Certainly a fortunate ending given the circumstances. It’s not clear if he suffered any injuries or if he’ll walk away with a few scratches.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen vehicular incidents live on broadcasts. Back in 2024, AMP founder Agent00 was involved in a car accident during an IRL stream where another vehicle destroy one of the doors to his car.

In March 2025, a Kick streamer’s car suddenly burst into flames after doing donuts in an empty parking lot.
