Twitch sends Amouranth ban warning for having Adin Ross’s voice on stream

Twitch sends Amouranth ban warning for having Adin Ross’s voice on stream

Amouranth has revealed that Twitch sent her a warning after she had banned streamer Adin Ross on her latest broadcast.

On March 2, a trio broke into Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Siragusa’s home in an attempt to steal her cryptocurrency in a terrifying incident.

After being pistol-whipped, the streamer led the group to another part of her house where her husband, Nick, was waiting, armed with his own firearm.

Siragusa’s husband fired two shots, hitting one of the intruders who retreated before the cops arrived to deal with the situation.

Days later, Amouranth went live and revealed her husband for the first time in an interview with Kick star Adin Ross – something that earned her a warning from the Amazon-owned platform.

Amouranth mocks Twitch’s “generous warning” for Adin Ross stream

Despite the stream with Adin Ross happening on March 11, according to Siragusa, her Twitch channel received a warning on March 13.

“My Twitch channel just received an account warning for having a banned streamer’s voice on my recent VOD,” she revealed.

Twitch has strict rules that prevent banned streamers from appearing on the platform, including on other creators’ broadcasts.

Back in 2023, Ross was permabanned on Twitch after showing his Kick chat on Twitch, showcasing racist messages. However, Kick’s bosses claim that Twitch banned Ross just to hurt their streaming site.

Adin has been actively trying to get unbanned on Twitch ever since and was furious at the platform for unbanning Hasan after just one day for comments about killing US Senator Rick Scott while maintaining his indefinite suspension.

Nonetheless, Amouranth has promised not to have banned creators on her Twitch stream again.

“I appreciate the generous warning and I won’t do that again,” she sarcastically said.

While Amouranth was let off with a warning, other streamers have been suspended for having banned individuals on their broadcasts.

In 2022, chess streamer Hikaru ‘GMHikaru’ Nakamura received a three-day ban for watching Dr Disrespect while broadcasting, but was allowed back on the site a day early.
