A semi-truck driver on TikTok narrowly escaped death after he was involved in a multi-car accident inside a tunnel in Wyoming that left three dead.
Wyoming Highway Patrol says that a major accident on February 14, 2025, inside of a tunnel in Green River included 26 vehicles and led to three fatalities.
News of the accident made its way around social media, with one user on TikTok showing his first-hand experience of escaping his semi-truck.
TikTok user Tophauler has amassed nearly 30M views across two of his videos, one showing inside of the tunnel and another showing after he managed to escape.

“So this happened going through the f**kin tunnel, I’m in a wreck. This is f**kin bad,” he said in the first video before discovering a nearby truck was on fire.
Tophauler proceeded to kick out the windshield of his truck, allowing him to leave the vehicle and make his way out of the tunnel.
In a second video uploaded after he made it to safety, the trucker showed smoke billowing out of the tunnel.
“Holy sh*t!” he exclaimed. “I almost died in there man. F**k. That was a wild ride.”
As the videos went viral, fans flocked to the comments to share their thoughts about the shocking clips.
“The screaming is so horrific, I’m so sorry,” one user commented.
Another said: “This is one of the craziest POVs I’ve ever seen, it’s like a movie screen and you’re the main character. INSANE.”
“I saw the dash cam footage it’s heart-wrenching. I pray for all those lost and all the survivors,” replied a third.
This is just the latest series of videos to go viral across TikTok in 2025. Many users were left in tears after clips of an anglerfish making its way to the surface of the ocean went viral after viewers realized it had died after doing so.
