There’s no doubt that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are the celebrity power couple these days.
The Kansas City Chiefs star tight end and pop music superstar have made countless sacrifices to go and support one another’s careers.
But they can’t always be together. Kelce ditched Swift, who is actually home from the international leg of her world-renowned Eras Tour, to go see fellow pop star Justin Timberlake in concert at Los Angeles’ Wiltern Theater.
That alone would be a story. The fact that Kelce attended the show without Swift.
Though neither he nor Swift could’ve imagined what happened.
During the show, Timberlake brought out NSYNC bandmates Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick to join him for several songs, including “Bye Bye Bye,” “It’s Gonna Be Me,” “Girlfriend” and their latest collaboration “Paradise,” which is on Timberlake’s forthcoming album Everything I Thought It Was, which drops Saturday.
It was the group’s first live performance together since 2013, when they reunited at the MTV VMAs the year Justin got the Video Vanguard Award.
There’s just one small issue.
Swifties will have you know that Taylor is an absolute NSYNC fan girl (who among us?!).
She, like many others, freaked out when the band reunited to present an award at the 2023 VMAs. But now when they finally get back together to perform, she was nowhere to be seen!
And Swifties quickly came ready with the jokes.

It be like that sometimes.
Though it would have made far more sense had Swift still been on tour. Surely someone as famous and well-connected as she it must have known what was up?
Did she have other obligations? Did she send Travis specifically so that she could live vicariously through him?
Whatever the answer is, it’s hard to imagine the world’s biggest pop star wasn’t having at least a little bit of FOMO.
