TOM Hanks and Robin Wright looked in high spirits as they reunited on the red carpet at the AFI Fest premiere of Here in Hollywood
It comes 30 years after working together on the iconic movie Forrest Gump.
The pair posed for pictures together at the world premiere screening of the new film at the TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX in LA on Friday.
They have since joined forces once again to star in the drama film which is based on Richard McGuire’s 2014 novel of the same name.
Tom, 68 – who plays protagonist Richard Young in the drama film – looked dapper in a black shirt and matching suit.
Meanwhile Robin, 58, who has taken on the role of Richard’s wife Margaret, wowed in a grey and white pin stripe fitted suit.
She completed the look with a pair of black stilettos and a sparkly bag.
Here is produced and directed by Robert Zemeckis.
The film is shot in one room and follows the lives of generations of different families.
Fans can expect it on the big screens in the US on November 1.
Tom and Robin are joined by Paul Bettany, Kelly Reilly, Michelle Dockery and Gwilym Lee as part of the cast.
Speaking about working together again with Robin, Tom said that it’s the “same exact process” as it was all those years ago.
He added to The Hollywood Reporter: “We’ve been having the same conversation again and again; we’ve run into each other every now and again.
“I will say that on the very first day when we first sat down with our scripts to start busting it up, there was a kind of like, ‘Can you believe this? How did this happen?’”
“But that was then, this is now, and we know better, so we just pick up with the ease, the luxury of knowing each other backward and forward and great, great trust and affection.”
Tom and Robin starred in Forrest Gump back in 1994.
The film follows the life of a man called Forrest Gump.
The comedy was also directed by Robert Zemeckis, and based on Winston Groom’s 1986 novel.
Tom took on the role of protagonist Forrest Gump, while Robin played Jenny Curran.
The film won a number of awards, including Best Picture, Best Actor in a Leading Role at 67th Academy Awards, as well as winning three Golden Globe gongs.
