She showed off her killer abs as she went through her workout routine.
Veronika turned heads when she showed up to a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game last month in a Tom Brady shirt.
She professed her love for the quarterback at the time in a gushing social media post.
The Slovakian beauty spoke exclusively to The U.S. Sun and revealed her fitness secrets.
The 26-year-old explained: “You need to be consistent and work hard and know what you want you need to have a goal.
“I work out six days a week. I don’t eat junk food.
“I have five foods I always eat – tomato soup, salad, spaghetti and Slovak food.
“I have a guilty pleasure, I love to eat grapes with Nutella and strawberries.
“But I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I don’t use drugs.
“You need to have rules, you need to have boundaries and you need to be responsible.”
Veronika added: “My life is healthy food, sport, working and relaxing.
“I can’t imagine life without working out and sport and I think it’s very important for young people because it’s like cleaning the mind.
“I did track and field for eight years. I started when I was nine years old because I admired my teacher.
“He was a god to me because he did athletics and I wanted to show him I am good.
“So I started running marathons and when I finished elementary school I went to a high school for sport.
“I was doing sport and working out every day.”
