TODAY’s Al Roker has lashed out at his co-hosts while refusing to let the show move on after being mocked for his on-screen actions.
When Today 3rd Hour debuted on Wednesday morning, the anchors launched into a chat about holiday air travel etiquette.
Al, Craig Melvin, Sheinelle Jones, and Dylan Dreyer were sitting in as the day’s anchors.
The beloved weatherman decided to fill everyone in on what “drives him nuts” when people get on planes together.
“People get on the phone, they put their phone on speaker, and then start telling people ‘hey, I just landed!'” Al said of his experience.
Craig said he found that a lot of folks who do that are “older” in response.
The anchors also agreed that people should not be rude and take calls in meeting areas or play music loudly.
Another topic of contention was dressing up for a flight.
Al believed that people should take care when it comes to what they wear on a plane trip.
He explained that the exception he thought was acceptable was wearing more comfortable clothes on an overnight trip.

“You act like everyone is on an overnight trip,” Sheinelle said, laughing.
The other anchors began to rib Al for talking about “dressing up” on a flight.
He seemed to get frustrated when they made snide remarks about getting dressed up and suggested he wear pajamas on overnight flights.
“I’m not talking about ‘dressing up’,” Al said, visibly annoyed.
The rest of the anchors continued to make fun of Al throughout the segment as he jokingly fought back, but eventually they all moved on.
IS HE AL-RIGHT?
Earlier this week, Al revealed he just couldn’t keep “suffering” off of his mind.
He hared a series of new photos from Christmas with his family and wrote a candid note to fans along with the snaps.
Over the past few days, Al has been enjoying time with his kids, his new granddaughter – Sky– and his wife, Deborah Roberts.
The Today star shared photos and videos of the sweet moments from his holiday weekend, including daughter Leila and son Nick spending rare time together.
The siblings worked together to decorate a large batch of cookies at the dining room table.
Another snap featured a close-up look at fresh cinnamon buns, which Al said was a Christmas tradition from his father.
One video saw the whole family getting some fresh air on a “Christmas walk” outside, with blue skies all around and a body of water along the way.
FAMILY PHOTOS
On Monday night, Al posted a fresh collection of photos from the holiday, including ones of his granddaughter Sky taking turns sitting with different family members.
There were also a couple of photos of the whole Roker crew dressed in matching Christmas pajamas.
Despite all the joyful moments, Al revealed in the caption that he had a lot on his mind.
He said he had a “wonderful” Christmas and hoped everyone else had a “loving and stress-free” day.
Al then admitted: “Can’t help thinking about the suffering going on around the world, especially this time of year.”
He ended his note by asking everyone how they were doing.
One Instagram user commented: “A beautiful family! Wishing you all a happy and healthy new year!”
A second said: “Thanks for all the happiness you bring to the world.”
A third told Al: “After last year you deserve a Christmas full of joy!!!”
The TV personality recently opened up about just how much he struggled during his major health crisis late last year.
Al shared photos of all the steps he’s been walking each day.
In the caption, he revealed: “A year ago, I was struggling after getting home from the hospital.
