TIKTOK star Sophia La Corte has broken her silence on the ongoing drama between her ex Reed Williams and Halley Kate.
Sofia and Halley are both influencers based in New York City and post content based on beauty and fashion.

Reed and Halley began dating early last year and called it quits months later in November 2023.
At the time, Halley was very open about her post-breakup experiences and received praise from fans for seeing a vulnerable side of her.
However, things took a turn when Halley shared a video lip-syncing the lyrics to Karma by Taylor Swift when fans started wondering if there was more drama to the breakup.
Shortly before her video was posted, an anonymous user shared that Sofia and Reed were allegedly getting cuddly while enjoying drinks at a bar in New York City.

Their reported date took place just days after Halley and Sofia hung out together at an influencer event in the city.
‘LET ME BE YOUR LESSON’
In a series of now-deleted TikToks, Halley shared her true feelings on what happened.
“Ladies let me be your lesson. Never feel sorry for a man or defend him,” she wrote.
“Because (not even 3 weeks after dumping you out of the blue) after you try to protect him he will go on a date with someone you considered a friend and were with the night before buying shots for!!”
Halley then goes into detail about how Sofia allegedly went through her Instagram following list to find Reed’s profile.
“I’m embarrassed this is even online TBH. I never would have brought it to social media if it wasn’t for the fact that people started making videos and now I feel like I need to explain.”
She continued telling her side of the story on her Delusional Diaries podcast and urged fans not to send hate to anyone involved in the drama.
Despite everything that happened, Halley got back together with Reed between January and February 2024.
Since then, the two have shared multiple videos.
SOFIA SPEAKS OUT
Months after the drama, Sofia has shared her side of the story in multiple TikTok videos uploaded on Sunday.
In part one, she captioned her video “How I got cancelled by a girl I met maybe three times.”
In her Get Ready with Me-styled video, she began, “I’m glad it happened to me because I genuinely wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.”
Sofia started the story by explaining her first date with the unnamed person, presumably Reed.
She said that they had a great time on the date and ended up going out for drinks afterward.
When the date ended, Sofia said she was “smiling from ear to ear.”
The next morning when she looked at her phone, she got a message from a “random number,” which was Halley’s and it was a long text regarding her and Reed’s date.
“I don’t answer either of those messages because I feel like I don’t have to.
“He’s single, she literally had to introduce herself over text. I’ve never had a one-on-one conversation with her. I met her maybe three times through work,” she said.
‘IT MADE THE WORLD HATE ME’
In the second clip, she continued her story by discussing Haley’s lip-syncing video, “It was directed towards me but I thought it was like, whatever he went on a date, I totally get that I feel for her, you know.
“We’ve all been there, we’ve all been a girl that a guy takes someone else out on a date, maybe it makes you sad a little bit. I figured it was totally okay because it’s not about me.”
Sofia discussed Halley’s deleted TikTok and described it as “not true” and “not good.”
She continued on by reading what Halley said and stating her truth.
Sofia said that everyone at the influencer event was buying shots, that she had never been to or stayed at Halley’s house, and that she wouldn’t leave her bags anywhere.
She said that she gave Halley the gift bag she received from the influencer event so she could donate it.
Sofia then shut down the claims that she went through Halley’s following list on Instagram.
On the screen, she said that Reed planned their date a week before the event.
“I would never DM anyone while I’m standing next to anyone ever. So that’s just all a complete lie and it made the world hate me.”
‘IT IS WHAT IT IS’
In her third and final video on the matter, Sofia read out hateful comments that she recieved during the height of the drama.
Despite the hate, Sofia alleged that while she was on a date with Reed, a woman came up to her calling her a “homewrecker” and tried fight her.
After a few dates, Sofia said that he “wasn’t the one” and their relationship “dwindled down.”
She concluded, “Moral of the story is don’t believe everything you hear online, don’t take hate too seriously, keep your head up.
“The world loves to pin women against other women and it is what it is.”
‘I KINDA BELIEVE THIS’
In the comment section of Sofia’s three videos, fans were left divided on the situation.
“I kinda believe this,” one wrote.
Another said, “So glad you’re speaking up on this.”
“This is iconic. I always knew there was more to the story,” stated a third.
“Idk how people are thinking you’re the bad buy lmao,” a fourth admitted.
“I’m confused why she took him back,” a fifth pointed out.
Meanwhile, other viewers weren’t so sure about the story.
