Kim Kardashian has been pretty photoshop savvy from the start and has been accused of brushing up her pictures not once but many times, to the point of her sometimes chopping off a toe or finger, or acquiring a whole new one, redefining photoshop fails.
But when she debuted her Instagram official PDA with Pete Davidson and photoshopped that too, fans were left scratching their heads, wondering why she needed to make that perfect too. Here’s the DL on KimK, her photoshopping penchant, and all the drama that goes on in the meanwhile.

By now, the much-media-hyped divorce between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has been granted and the former couple is not official and legally single. That hasn’t stopped Kanye West from going on a tirade. From wanting to get back with Kim to lambasting Pete Davidson and even threatening him, to going on Instagram to get sympathy votes as West “tries to be a good father”, things are still pretty rocky in this love triangle.
Rather recently, 28-year-old Davidson sent West, 44, some impolite messages, which were leaked to the media by a friend of his, and have now gone viral.
Wrote Davidson, to West, “Kim is literally the best mother I’ve ever met. What she does for those kids is amazing and you are so f–king lucky that she’s your kids mom. I’ve decided im not gonna let you treat us this way anymore and I’m done being quiet. Grow the f**k up.”
While West tried to bluster, talking about how Davidson was resorting to profanity, and how if he was back from rehab. Davidson took it in stride, telling Ye he should try rehab as well, before delivering a final volley.
Wrote the SNL cast member, ” I’m in LA for the day if you wanna stop being a little internet b**ch boy and talk. You don’t scare me bro. Your actions are so p—y and embarrassing. It’s so sad to watch you ruin ur legacy on the daily.”

Kim Kardashian Goes Instagram Official With Pete Davidson
There are nuances in this Instagram post by Kim Kardashian and most of them read as a subtle, but painful bat to Kanye’s face. Kim made her and Pete Davidson Instagram official with a carousel of pictures, one of which was a very sweet pic of them together.
In it, Kim is sitting on the carpet while Pete’s head is in her lap as they reach out for a kiss. There are a couple of solos of Kim as well, as she takes a lead out of the 2020 flick starring Ben Affleck and Jeremy Renner, asking “whose car are we gonna take?”
For anyone who hasn’t watched the movie, there’s a scene between Affleck and Renner where Affleck says that he needs his help, but can’t tell him how and that they might have to hurt some people, but all questions can be asked later.
Renner only replies with “Whose car are we gonna take?”
The message is clear, there’s an intent to get back at a certain ex, and Davidson is there for Kim, as was most of Instagram. Until they discovered photoshop…
This Is What Kim Kardashian Edited In Her PDA Pics
So before imagination runs wild, it wasn’t anything major, but the poor carpet of the hotel room that fell victim to ugly shaming and was photoshopped out of the background and replace something that looked plusher.
Instagram users were quick to spot the difference when KimK posted the photoshopped picture on Instagram but the real pic on Twitter but soon deleted the latter.
One rather sharp Instagram user even made a post about it, writing, “I genuinely do not know why Kim edited the carpet.
Does anyone else know or care to take a guess?”
While there were plenty of comments about how she was so addicted to PS, she now had to stoop to do this as well, others were more insightful. Some felt she did it to make sure no one knew which hotel she was at, while others felt it was a way to make her Instagram pictures look less busy and more aesthetic. Either way, PS seems to be an essential tool for the Instagram rockstars.
