Theory That ‘Snow White’ Has A Reference To Diddy Goes Viral

Media literacy continues to spiral down the toilet as we’ve reached the midway point of the 2020s, as an insane theory suggesting that the ending of Snow White is a reference to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ now-infamous “White Out” parties has gone viral on social media. Snow White, released in theaters on March 21, ends with a scene of a wedding.

The release of Snow White has already been a massive headache for Disney given split public opinions about both of the film’s stars, actresses Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot. Reviews for the project certainly haven’t helped, either, as the Marc Webb-directed remake currently has a 44% critics score on Rotten Tomatoes (Zegler’s performance has been largely praised, while Gadot’s has been widely panned).

Given the seeming never-ending culture war that’s consumed America in recent years, Snow White has become a fixation for certain sections of the internet, leading to the delusional suggestion that the film’s ending is a reference to Diddy, as evidenced by a tweet saying as much racking up over 40,000 likes and 3 million views.

Diddy is currently in prison at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits his federal trail to begin in May. Combs is facing multiple charges, including trafficking and racketeering, and potentially faces life in prison if found guilty.

“So the new Snow White ends with a pervert DIDDY ‘white party’ DIDDY used to hold degenerate celeb parties where attendees must wear all white for entry They know exactly what they’re doing here,” another viral tweet suggested.

There were a bit more level-headed reactions to the scene, however, as one viral response sarcastically claimed to have had the same thought when attending a recent wedding.

In addition to Zegler and Gadot, Snow White also stars Andrew Burnap, Ansu Kabia, Patrick Page, Hadley Fraser and Lorena Andrea. As for the Seven Dwarfs, they were controversially rendered with CGI and voiced by Jeremy Swift (Doc), Titus Burgess (Bashful), Andrew Barth Feldman (Dopey), Martin Klebbaa (Grumpy), Jason Kravits (Sneezy), George Salazaar (Happy), and Andrew Grotelueschen (Sleepy).
