General Hospital has found its new Michael!
As fans of the ABC soap opera may recall, Chad Duell announced late last year that he was leaving the show after playing Michael Corinthos for nearly 15 years.

Then on Tuesday (May 20), fans got their first glimpse at the actor taking over as the new Michael!

Soaps.com now reports that The Young and The Restless alum Rory Gibson has been cast as the new Michael!
Rory, 29, previously played Noah Newman on the CBS soap opera from 2021 until 2023. He also appeared in the 2023 Netflix space movie Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire.
While General Hospital hasn’t officially confirmed Rory‘s casting yet, it looks like he will be making his re-appearance in Port Charles at the Nurses Ball.

New episodes of General Hospital air weekdays on ABC and are available for streaming on Hulu.
