The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, February 21, tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will face the moment of truth following a text about the paternity test results. Sally will click a link and enter a password so that she can view whether Nick is a match.
Of course, we should note that this gives Sally a chance to potentially lie.
It’d be quite easy for Sally to claim Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is indeed a match no matter what those results tell her.
However, that would go against Sally’s whole redemption arc and become a case of shady backsliding.
Since the writers may not want to take that route, they may have Sally come clean – even if Nick isn’t the bio dad.
In the new issue of SOD, Courtney Hope talked about Sally getting a shock, accepting the results with Nick and trying to find a way forward with him.
That certainly makes it sound like Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will turn out to be the father instead.
Regardless, Y&R spoilers say Sally will mull over her relationship with each man and consider the road ahead.
Sally will no doubt remain overwhelmed as she tries to process every step on this messy path to motherhood.
At some point, Adam will pay Sally a visit in her hotel suite, where Nick will stand by her side.
Sally may summon Adam to discuss the paternity test outcome, so he could face the double shock of her pregnancy and his “baby daddy” status.
Adam has been kept in the dark despite repeated attempts to figure out what’s going on.
Since Adam knows Sally better than she’d like to admit, he’s suspected something was off for quite a while now.
Adam’s finally about to find out why Sally’s behavior has been so weird lately.
Some surprising updates are on the way for Sally, Nick and Adam, so they’ll all have to handle what comes next as best as they can.
