A CHILD star from the 1990s looks unrecognizable while making a rare television cameo.
The Hughleys child star Dee Jay Daniels, who is now 36 years of age, has shown off his face full of tattoos.
Appearing in a new show as part of a rare TV cameo, Dee Jay looks very different from how he did on the hit ABC show.
The Hughleys followed patriarch Darryl Hughley, a successful black businessman, who moves to a predominantly white neighborhood with his family.
In the series, Dee Jay, whose real name is Dorjan Lyndell Daniels, played Michael Hughley, the youngest son of the Darryl on The Hughleys.
His cameo on TV this month now comes 12 years after his murder charges were dropped.

Dee Jay faced trial for murder in 2012, and almost 13 years on he speaks about it in a new TV program.
Speaking in new show Child Stars Gone Violent, as part of the Hollywood Demons documentary series, Dee Jay spoke about his different appearance.
As well as chatting about his various inkings, he also recalled what it was like going to court amid his murder charge before he was acquitted.
“I like tattoos now,” he said in the program about his inked appearance.
“All these came when I was 18,” he added.
SHOCKED FANS REACT
Dee Jay then confessed: “I definitely didn’t have any when I was acting.”
Sharing a snap of Dee Jay from the show on Threads, a viewer penned: “Watching something called Hollywood Demons and they’re profiling the guy who played the little boy on The Hughleys, Dee Jay Daniels.
“Chile…Hollywood will tear you tf up. This is awful.”
Reacting to his appearance, one person said: “Wow, that really is him.”
“Omg he was such a cutie back then!!! I gotta know what happened! Where can we watch this???” asked another.
Then, later in the show, he spoke about going to court back in 2012.
He said: “I was going to court, and the correctional officers gotta direct you to court, and they were like Daniels, did you know D.L. Hughley is here?”
Dee Jay went on: “I felt esteemed, honored, that I haven’t talked to my pops in so long and the fact that he’s still my pops, and that we still have that pops/son relationship, because I didn’t know we had that.”
The former child star was arrested in 2011 following an altercation outside a bar in Stockton, California.
ACQUITTED OF CHARGES
The altercation led to the stabbing and subsequent death of a man named John Joseph Lewis.
Dee Jay and two of his friends, Marcus McCliman and Djuane Nunley, were involved in the altercation and charged with street terrorism.
Marcus McCliman was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter.
Dee Jay, however, was acquitted of his charges, an outcome for which assigns a good deal of credit to Hughley.
Getting emotional, he was choked up over “the fact that he actually came down and spoke for my behalf, let people know, ‘Hey, bro, he’s like this, and he’s like this, and he’s like this.
‘He’s not that guy you are trying to pin him out to be, like stop that s—‘.”
