The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that the CBS soap is headed back to Italy! According to Hollywood Reporter Rome, the show’s expected to send seven cast members there for a location shoot for three days in May.
Although B&B shot in Puglia the last time they filmed in Italy over a decade ago, it looks like Rome will be the chosen city this time around.
The latest buzz points to filming at several key Rome locations, so this is certainly exciting news.
May 15, 16 and 17 are currently the scheduled filming dates, so they should have time to hit several significant spots.
Of course, we should talk about which actors will be going on this trip since that could be a clue about the couples and storylines we’re gearing up for.
For starters, Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) and Thorsten Kaye (Ridge Forrester) will be part of this location shoot, so that could mean love will bloom again for “Bridge.”
All signs point to Ridge and Brooke reuniting, so they may have a chance to celebrate on this trip.
Annika Noelle (Hope Spencer) and Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer) will also head off on this Rome adventure, but Matthew Atkinson (Thomas Forrester) will be in the mix.
If Thomas and Hope end up showing off as a fashion dream team, Liam probably won’t be happy about that.
Meanwhile, Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter Walton) will fly to Italy for this location shoot as well, but he seems he’ll be without an onscreen love interest.
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester) will also be filming, but her onscreen husband and mom won’t be part of the action.
John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) might be stuck working and caring for the kids along with Taylor, but we’ll see how it all goes down.
Regardless, the fact that Taylor won’t be around bodes well for Ridge and Brooke’s romantic path forward.
Carter’s solo act could point to Katie Logan (Heather Tom) drifting toward Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), too.
It’s possible Steffy and Liam could feel a familiar spark if they get a moment alone in magical Rome.
The same goes for Hope and Thomas depending on how things play out.
Regardless, location shoots are always a blast, so we’ll look forward to this one after Head Writer and Executive Producer Bradley Bell and these cast members head to Italy next month.
