The Bachelorette Star Tayshia Adams in Two-Piece Workout Gear Hits Up "Beyond Yoga"

Tayshia Adams, beloved star of the Bachelor franchise, stays grounded with a balanced approach to wellness. Recently, she shared an Instagram video from a yoga class, showcasing her commitment to fitness. In interviews, Adams has revealed that Pilates is her go-to workout, helping her target muscles that often go unnoticed in traditional gym routines. Along with staying active, she also emphasizes mental well-being, using therapy to identify and process her emotions. When it comes to social media, Adams tunes out negativity and focuses on positivity. She also supports meaningful causes, like clean water initiatives in Kenya, and enjoys cooking healthy meals at home. Here’s a glimpse into her lifestyle habits.

Adams shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Bustle. She revealed that she loves to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. “It wasn’t really a thing back in California, but in New York, I feel like Pilates is such a hot workout. I just feel like the small movements work out these muscles that you never typically do when you work out at the gym with weights and things like that, which was my routine for the past two years.”

Adams revealed how she handles stress in her Bustle interview. “Recently, due to a lot of therapy, I’ve learned to sit in my feelings and identify what I’m feeling,” Adams explained. “So instead of just saying you’re angry, if you really try to deep-dive into that, typically it’s not even anger that you’re feeling. It’s more sadness or betrayal. I think it helps identify the root of not only what you’re experiencing nowadays, but [also] what is a trigger point from your past that really needs to be worked on.”

Adams talked about blocking out negative social media comments in her Bustle interview. “That’s always been a challenge. I mean, I am human. You always want to look. But for me, I’ve just learned [to think about] the people I surround myself with and the whole self-love thing of what actually fulfills me? And so I just try to stay off. It’s really hard to do, but staying off of social media has given me more benefits than not. You don’t ever come off social media feeling greatly inspired.”

Adams likes to support causes that are important to her. One charity she is a partner of is World Vision USA. Adams shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a water walk in Kenya. In the caption, she talked about the importance of having clean water. “Water is life. Yet for many in rural areas like Kinango, Kenya, clean water is a daily struggle. This week, I witnessed the severity of the water crisis firsthand. With limited rainfall, most water sources have dried up, forcing people to travel miles for basic necessities like drinking, washing, cooking, and farming. Children miss school, and women, often with newborns, walk for hours just to fetch water and despite being contaminated — it’s their only option.”

Adams likes to cook healthy meals. In this Instagram video, she made tacos with ground turkey. Adams shared the recipe in the post’s caption. “Inspo for your next taco night! 🌮Mama’s Ground Turkey Tacos. 1 pack of ground turkey (I use 99% lean). 1 pack of your fav taco mix (I like the lawry’s chicken taco spices & seasoning mix or make my own which consists of paprika, cumin, oregano, chili powder, onion, salt, pepper, all to taste). 1 can Petite cut tomatoes. Guerrero Corn tortillas. Cilantro. Sour cream. *any additional toppings you may want, cheese/lettuce. Instructions: Brown the ground turkey. Once brown, add the pack of Lawry’s chicken taco mix or your own taco seasoning (I had put the mix in a bowl tad 2 tablespoons and mix til it dissolves then mix into the turkey). Add the can of cut tomatoes. Mix and let everything cook til boiling. Fill your premade or homemade taco shells with the meat and top with all of your desired toppings! I top with chopped cilantro & sour cream & enjoy.”
