FANS have become upset over a Teen Mom star being fired from the show and replaced by a former cast member.
A Teen Mom fan account on Instagram announced the casting shakeup.

The online post claimed Ashley Jones, 26, will not be returning to Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.
The Teen Mom 2 alum will supposedly be replaced by former MTV star, Mackenzie McKee, 29.
“They didn’t even tell Ashley. This isn’t the last of her, though,” a source close to production told the fan page.
Although Ashley has not confirmed the casting news, her ex-husband, Bar Smith, 26, jumped to the comments section with a response.
“Crazy way to find out you was fired. Welp, it was a good run with you all. Thanks for supporting us,” he wrote.
The former couple share their five-year-old daughter, Holly.
THE BACKLASH
In an online thread, critics slammed the casting change and shared their disapproval.
“Ashley leaving doesn’t make me sad. The only thing I like about her segments is Holly.” one critic said.

“To replace Ashley with Mackenzie is a real weird move,” another critic added.
“Will not watch if Mackenzie is brought back. No way!” a third critic ranted.
“Mackenzie is a huge no for me,” a fourth person wrote.
“I don’t think they should replace her with Mackenzie. I think it’s time for Teen Mom to be canceled. The show has run its course, and I’m not a fan of the new people,” a commentator chimed.
TEASING HER COMEBACK?
In mid-January, Mackenzie teased her TikTok followers that she might be returning to the Teen Mom spinoff.
The 29-year-old star danced with her boyfriend, Khesanio Hall, before pointing out the big clue in the background.
The mom-of-three dressed in a skimpy black dress with her blond hair styled.
The couple danced to the Nicki Minaj song, FTCU, as Mackenzie flashed her legs and ran her hands across her chest.
At the start of the short clip, a man in the background – wearing all black and looking distinctly like a crew member – walked past them.
“I just noticed the cameraman casually walking by like “ope, these two again,” Mackenzie wrote after Spotting the mistake.
Fans jumped to the comments and cheered that the MTV star might be returning to the MTV show.
“Oh my god! Are you back on Teen Mom?!?” one fan asked.
“Wait! Cameraman? Does that mean you’re getting a show?” another fan wondered.
“Cameraman? Are you back?” a third fan commented.
The TV personality was fired from the show in 2022 amid her brutal feud with co-star Cheyenne Floyd.
Mackenzie has three children with ex-husband Josh McKee; Gannon, 12, Jaxie, nine, and Broncs, seven.
