CHELSEA Houska looked totally unrecognizable with pink hair and thin lips in a resurfaced photo before her rumored plastic surgery makeover.
The Teen Mom 2 alum, 30, has been accused in recent months of getting Botox, lip and cheek fillers and a chin implant.
Amid the speculation, a Teen Mom fan dug up an old photo of Chelsea on the show looking visibly different to her appearance now.
The mother-of-four appeared to have slimmer lips and less defined cheekbones.
She wore her hair, which is now dark brown, in a blonde deep side-parting with pink streaks in it.
Viewers on Reddit urged the reality star to return to a more “natural” look after seeing the throwback snap.
One wrote: “I miss her with some fat on her face and no face sculpting and lip injections. I get that it’s her choice but it’s seriously sad looking at her face now.”
Another added: “I feel like she got filler in her nose, it looks way bigger now.”
A third posted: “Her fuller face was so adorable. Just so naturally pretty.”
Chelsea has faced backlash from fans before for apparently going overboard with plastic surgery and fillers.

Earlier this month, she posted a video on Instagram showing herself and her husband in the car.
The TV star highlighted her outfit and make-up while saying: “Cole and I have a walk-through with homeowners today.”
Reddit users thought Chelsea got more work done and that she is starting to look like another one of her co-stars.
“Her lips really look weird. She’s so so pretty I hate watching her ruin her face like Farrah did,” one wrote, comparing her to her ex-cast mate Farrah Abraham.
FAN BACKLASH
“Her lips have zero texture to them. They look really weird,” another posted.
“She used to be so naturally pretty. The work she keeps getting done to her face is too much — pretty soon she’s going to be Farrah 2.0,” said another.
This isn’t the first time Chelsea has been compared to Farrah though as back in January, fans thought she looked just like her former co-star when she shared an Instagram video with an exaggerated spray tan and a pout.
Chelsea has never talked about getting any kind of plastic surgery, although last January, she admitted to getting a microlaser peel and broadband light treatment.
The reality star announced in November 2020 that she was leaving MTV after 10 years on Teen Mom 2 and was replaced by Ashley Jones.
MOVING ON
She explained that she decided to move on from the show to protect her 13-year-old daughter Aubree’s privacy.
Chelsea is making her return to reality television, this time on HGTV for a house renovation show with her husband Cole.
The series, which is set to debut in 2023, will follow the duo as they help families renovate their homes.
Teen Mom fans slammed the network’s decision to give the couple their own show.
Critics argued that Chelsea and Cole do not have enough experience to help others build their dream homes.
One critic wrote: “Because, while their home is nice, it’s only ONE home and it took them a while to cultivate the style and touches that they wanted for it.
“I know Cole is handy, but nothing about them screams that they know what they’re doing with designing a home.”
