Tedi loves to run. “Running is a different kind of beast. It will transform your body and your mind,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “I was never a runner because I was afraid to fail. I started one minute at a time and every day got faster and within no time I was running 60 minutes without stopping. No one can run for you but you and you can do it if you commit to taking action on pushing yourself just a little harder each day. I have been running outside for the last 3+ years.”
Teddi has lots of workout buddies including her family and Real Housewives pals. “The girls… we all have different goals, different dreams, but the one thing we have in common is that we want to see each other succeed. That’s friendship but it’s also accountability. Because there’s always going to be a time where you want to give up, want to make excuses, want to quit. But accountability won’t let you. Accountability also means posting this pic despite so many things,” she captioned this sweep snap.
Teddi also loves going outside and taking hikes. “5 days and 50 hiked miles– unplugging at @theashram was truly an amazing experience. I walked in alone and walked out with new friends, having learned so much from such strong people. I pushed myself to do this because I feel staying in our comfort zones doesn’t allow us to grow; I am so happy I did. Excited to see my family, feeling refreshed and optimistic on what’s to come next,” she captioned a post.
Teddi has a no excuses approach to fitness. “We all go down the rabbit hole of why we can’t do things: I don’t have the time. I don’t have the money for a gym membership. The weather is not nice enough to be outside. I don’t like home workout videos. I don’t have a babysitter to watch my kids. When we stop coming up with reasons why we can’t do something and just take action, great things happen. I can assure you that by just grabbing a jump rope and blaring a favorite song you will get some amazing cardio in. You are worth it. Give me a 👋 if you are making some time for you today,” she captioned a motivational Instagram post.
Teddi also makes sure to take care of her mental health. “So happy to be home and back to the comfort of my routine— hugging the fam, working out, trying to get in some meditation…🧘♀️🙃 Who can relate to the struggle?” she captioned a post of one of her sessions.
