Taylor is currently in Liverpool for her third and final night in the city before moving on to Cardiff and then London, where she will play Wembley Stadium three nights before returning again in August.

However, die-hard Swifties are convinced Taylor will squeeze in a secret show in London before her Wembley dates.

Tomorrow, Sunday June 16, Capital FM is hosting its annual Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium.

Surprise acts have been known to perform in previous years, and fans think that because Taylor doesn’t have a show that day, she could appear at the Ball.

The last time the star appeared at the event was way back in 2013, but it hasn’t stopped the Swifties from speculating.

Taking to X – formerly Twitter – one wrote: “Taylor Swift at summertime ball this year? she’s free on the 16th [of] June and in the UK…”

Another added: “Delulu theory: please please please is going to feature taylor swift and then sabrina is going to bring taylor out at summertime ball since she’ll be in the uk, yup it’s gonna happen.”

A third tweeted: “Everyone saying Taylor might be a surprise act for summertime ball is stressing me out.”

Meanwhile a fourth shared: “can we all agree that taylor is gonna be a surprise guest at summertime ball pls and thanks xxx.”

However, others are not so sure, with one writing: “i don’t think taylor is going to get down from liverpool to london for the summertime ball then back to cardiff for tuesday in that time plus she always rehearses the show at each city.”

Ticketmaster lawsuit sparked by Taylor Swift Eras tour nightmare risks making stress & cost worse for fans, lawyer warns

Another agreed: “if summertime ball is this weekend no cause she is in cardiff on tuesday and is in liverpool on Saturday.”

The speculation comes as Taylor appeared to take a swipe at ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris.

As has become tradition throughout her tour – where she’s celebrating the album’s she’s released to date – Taylor dropped two surprise songs unique to the gig.

The first was a mash-up of Gold Rush from her album Evermore, and Calvin Harris track This Is What You Came For.

Is Taylor Swift’s Eras merch worth the price tag?

AHEAD of going to see Taylor in action, Fabulous Digital Writer Leanne Hall weighs in on whether the merch is really worth the price tag:

“As a 29-year-old Swiftie who made it to the top 0.1% of Taylor listeners on Spotify last year, you could say I’m very excited to see her on the Era’s Tour in London later this month.

“With the three-hour long set list,  there’s no surprise Taylor was named Time Magazine’s Person of the Year and fans lucky enough to get tickets know they’re about to watch the concert of the century.

“The Eras Tour catapulted the singer/songwriter into the billionaires club, and it’s no surprise when some UK tickets were going for almost £700 a pop.

“While tickets were expensive, her merch isn’t far off what most artists price their stuff at, and I for one will be spending hundreds to get my hands on sweaters and T-shirts from the tour.

“While £70 for a hoodie would make me think twice if I was shopping in a store, this isn’t a regular hoodie.

“Yes, you’ll look fabulous heading to the shops in it, but it’s also a piece of the day you get to keep forever to look back fondly on, and for me and many other Swifties, no price tag can match that.”

Taylor co-wrote the track while she was dating the DJ – real name Adam Wiles – back in 2016, but it was later given to Rihanna

Officially, Taylor isn’t credited on the song, with the singer opting to use the pseudonym Nils Sjöberg instead.

Before singing the song in Liverpool, she told the audience: “Every single time I have an acoustic set, I’m always trying to think of things you might want to hear — maybe things that might be a little bit unexpected.

“Let’s see how we did tonight.”

Her fans were beside themselves over the choice, with one writing: “Taylor Swift deciding to sing (for the first time ever!) This is What You Came For while in the UK, aka the song she co-wrote with Calvin Harris, is UNHINGED, I love her,” one said on X.

“Taylor Swift sings Calvin Harris This Is What You Came For in Liverpool – The best surprise songs of the tour last night in my opinion,” added a second.
