Actress Tamzin Outhwaite is celebrating her birthday. And she is doing so by practicing wellness and mindfulness. She shares some highlights on her Instagram. Outhwaite likes to practice wellness whenever she has time. She revealed in this Instagram video, that she likes to go on retreats. She captioned it, “A 5 day yoga/mindfulness program at @euphoriaretreat with @healingholidays. Whenever my kids go to visit their dad, I try to enjoy a little me time to reset and remind myself who I am and what I like doing.”

Outhwaite and her friends and family like to do a lot of outdoor activities, including paddleboarding. She shared this video of herself paddleboarding at the lake on Instagram. Outhwaite captioned it, “Just a tiny slither of the times we had at @lakes_byyoo for a family get together. Two birthdays, and a whole heap of swimming, paddle boarding, cooking, laughing, steaming, cycling, playing cheat, chess , watching Stranger Things, Women’s Euros, zip wires, high ropes, climbing, and I had an incredible massage too.”

Outhwaite has gotten into hiking. At the beginning of the year, she and her family went on a hiking trip. She shared highlights on Instagram, captioning it, “The first few days of January are always a massive let down. This year we decided as a family of 4 who had spent the festive season dispersed but happy, that we should eek out the days off school and work , with an adventure.”

Outhwaite occasionally opts for a vegan diet and lifestyle. “I’ve just done a couple of weeks of being meat and dairy-free, trying vegan ready meals,” she tells Closer. “Now, the majority of what I eat is vegan and I’m eating meat or fish maybe once a week. It’s about not cutting everything out, but being mindful about what I’m eating. I definitely feel better fot it.”

Outhwaite revealed some of her diet secrets to Closer Online. She says that she tries to limit her snacking each day. When she does snack, she opts for a healthy option. “I eat a lot of fruit but at least it’s not refined sugar. If I’m on set and low on energy and someone brings round snacks, I’ll have some, but I don’t buy them for the house.
