Sweeney was wearing a glamorous red dress, paired with white heels and bright red lipstick. “so gorg,” one fan wrote as another chimed in, “so STUNNING.”
Although fans couldn’t help but gush over the picture-perfect holiday snap, Sweeney’s followers also had some fun with the actress’s caption — “A peek behind the press tour. This is why I got a flip #GalaxyZFlip5 #TeamGalaxy.”
Sweeney has a paid partnership with Samsung Galaxy, which all the iPhone lovers couldn’t let slide. “Everybody knows she secretly uses iPhone,” one of her followers commented.
“I gotta know how many posts she’s contracted for,” another said.
The holiday picture is the second of the post, but the first photo is also gaining some traction from her fans as she seemingly channeled her inner Wednesday Addams. Wearing a black dress and a white collar shirt, Sweeney looks as though she shopped in Wednesday’s closet. “Gorgeous girls,” one fan said. “You are the cutest!” another said.
Fans Are Convinced Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell Are Dating
The third photo was a selfie that Sweeney snapped of her and Powell in an elevator, which was one of her followers’ favorites. “Glen getting a little 2 close,” one fan jokingly wrote as another chimed in with, “At this point announce that you guys are a couple.”
Powell and Sweeney sparked romance rumors over the summer, but they have denied dating off-screen.
Sydney Sweeney Was Saved by Glen Powell After Being Bit by a Spider
Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell appeared on “Today” earlier this week to promote their upcoming movie, “Anything But You,” when the two recalled the time Sydney Sweeney was bitten by a spider.
“Well, the spider actually bit me in the middle of this scene, but nobody called ‘cut’ because they thought I was just making a very dramatic, interesting choice in this scene, and Glen was the only one who finally caught on,” Sweeney explained of the incident. “They thought I was acting, but it actually bit me and Glen goes, ‘Wait, this is a little more serious.’”
Powell described the spider as a “huge huntsman spider” and he explained that he could tell something was not right by the way she reacted during the scene. “Yeah, there’s a different tone to her voice when somebody’s actually being bitten by a spider,” he shared.
“There’s the spider itself, which actually bit me, and that was a whole thing,” Sweeney added before explaining to the hosts that the scene ended up taking half of a day to film. “And then we have the part of Glen bending over and me checking to see if there are more spiders. I’m very acquainted with Glen now.”
“Anything But You” is out in theaters on December 22, 2023.
