Summer Camp Music Festival Adds 60+ Artists to 2023 Lineup

Summer Camp Music Festival has announced the addition of more than 60 new artists to their annual gathering set for Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, Ill., over Memorial Day Weekend, May 26-28. The additions further solidify the festival, which represents a variety of music ranging from electronic, jamband, rock, alternative bluegrass and more, as one of the premier camping festivals in the Midwest.

The list of new artists joining Summer Camp Music Festival’s already stacked lineup includes Ganja White Night, Green Velvet, Maggie Rose, Rusko, Jennifer Hartswick Band, Super Future, Vincent Antone, Zeke Beats, Little Bird, Daily Bread, Marvel Years, Moon Tricks, Pajamas, MK Ultra, Easy Riders and more.

The previously announced headlining acts for the gathering include three days of moe., three days of Umphrey’s McGee, two sets of Goose, Vulfpeck, Willie Nelson & Family, The Disco Biscuits and Les Claypool’s Fearless Flying Frog Brigade. Other artists the festival has shared will be joining them previously also include the likes of Doom Flamingo TAUK Ft. Kanika Moore Big Something lespecial Fortunate Youth Snakes and Stars, Dogs in a Pile Eggy, SunSquabi, Papadosio, Dirtwire, Everyone Orchestra, Break Science, Maddy O’Neal, The Funk Hunters, Yonder Mountain String Band, The Wailers, Sierra Hull, Bill and Jilian Nershi ft. Jason Hann, Kyle Hollingsworth Band and many more.

It’s notable that Nelson’s highly anticipated set marks his first Summer Camp appearance since 2009 and ends a 14-year lapse from the fabled festival. In addition to music, the annual occurrence will include a large-scale art installation nestled in the Illumination Woods and The Soulshine Experience, which provides a space for learning, workshops and activities offered during the three-day occasion.
