LIZZY Musi has shared a personal video about her battle with breast cancer weeks before she died.
The Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings star was diagnosed with breast cancer last year.

Musi took to Instagram and shared a video about her journey with breast cancer.
The vulnerable footage shows the star losing her hair and fainting after taking her medication, as well as happier moments like her being able to greet her fans and spend time with her loved ones.
“The month of APRIL marks a full year since I got diagnosed with Stage 4 Triple negative breast cancer.”
“I am so very thankful to what this journey has actually taught me. I now know I have a purpose in life.
“I am grateful to keep going. GOD, my support of my family & friends and my knowledgeable doctors @mdandersoncancercenter AND @dukecancerinstitute gives me the strength and go!”
At the time, many of her fans shared support for the racing star in the comments.
“We love you Lizzy stay strong,” one person wrote.
“Well I was teary eyed watching this, then our Video popped up and I lost it, way to make me ugly cry,” another person commented.
“You’re awesome. Such a fan,” a third person added.
‘HURTS MY HEART’
Musi rose to fame after scoring three victories in Street Outlaws.
In 2023, she was diagnosed with stage 4 triple-negative breast cancer – the most aggressive type of breast cancer, causing her to step away from the show.
The cancer had spread to her lymph nodes and liver, but the star remained hopeful about her condition.
Last month, she shared that she would be seeking treatment at the Medias Klinikum treatment center in Burghausen, Germany.
“I’ve kind of tried everything here [in the U.S.], and I’ve researched the doctor and treatment in Germany that can isolate my liver and treat it,” Lizzy told Drag Illustrated at the time.

Musi’s father Pat shared the news of his daughter’s death on Facebook on Thursday night.
“Surrounded by her Family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25 pm tonight. Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout her battle. At this time, the family would like to have time to process, grief and make arrangements in peace. We will give an update as soon as we have information to share.”
However, on Thursday, her family confirmed that she died on June 26, surrounded by her friends and family on Facebook.

Many fans shared an outpouring of sympathy following the news.
“This just hurts my heart,” one fan wrote underneath Pat’s post which was shared on Musi’s Facebook page.
“She was such an inspiration to young girls. I loved watching her race.”
“One of the best women racers,” another said.
“Her positive, happy personality was such an inspiration for younger generations. I can’t believe this is true.
“Condolences to her family. Race high in heaven Lizzy.”
