Actress Stacy Keibler is sharing her favorite wellness treatments with fans and followers. Keibler, 44, shared a video of herself wearing blue pants and a white tank top, getting a special “detox” foot bath in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. “Even when we prioritize healthy living, we can still encounter toxins in our everyday environment—whether it’s from air pollution, food, water, household products, or personal care items. While minimizing exposure is essential, it’s nearly impossible to avoid them entirely. That’s why incorporating detox practices into my wellness routine has been such a game-changer! I can truly feel the difference. It’s all about elevating my health from the inside out. ✨,” she captioned the post. Here’s what else Keibler does to stay healthy and strong.
Keibler is diligent about self-care. “One way is by visiting some of my favorite local Austin spas,” she told City Lifestyle. “A treat is seeing Brooke at The Road for facial acupuncture / facial sculpting. I also love having acupuncture at The Desert Canary, detoxing in an ozone sauna, and getting a massage at Austin DEEP. I also love all the trails Austin is home to for running, walking, hiking or biking.”
Keibler has a men’s skincare line (Caldera + Lab) and keeps her routine simple yet effective. “I always wash my face in the morning and at night,” she told Parade. “No matter how tired I am when I get home, I always wash my face. And my skincare routine is pretty minimal. I use a cleanser. Some days I’ll use an exfoliant and I’ll do a mask here and there. But I’m just more into layering serums and good products like that.”
Keibler emphasizes how important it is for moms to take care of themselves. “I totally get the mom guilt but one of the hardest jobs there is, is being a mom and it’s also equally important to take care of yourself and to nurture yourself,” she told Parade. “And for me, if I can book a massage and it’s just one hour where I turn my phone off and someone is really taking care of my body, I find that just so nourishing for my mind, my body and my soul. Honestly a one-hour massage can do wonders.”
Keibler was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2023. “It was very nostalgic,” she told City Lifestyle. “In a way, it felt like time stood still. There is nothing better than the energy of the WWE fans and the adrenaline rush of performing in front of a sold-out arena. The best part was being able to share that moment with my husband, my children and my friends and family who never knew that part of my life. It was surreal. I felt so much love and it’s a moment I will never forget.”
Keibler has a holistic approach to health and wellness. “I focus equally on both fitness and nutrition,” she told City Lifestyle. “I think you have to have a good balance of being conscious of both. Getting my heart rate up and building lean muscle hand in hand with a clean, sustainable diet is what I find works best for me.”
