Sophie maintains a healthy diet. “”It’s balance you know what I mean. I’m not going to deprive myself forever,” she told Body + Soul. For breakfast, she’ll eat an “egg, white, salmon, and avocado” omelet, followed by fish and veggies for lunch and dinner.
Sophie is all about the occasional cheat meal. What will she eat? “We’re talking heaps of pizzas, chocolate ice-cream, and I’ll just eat all day. I’ll binge while watching Netflix or Dr Phil, which is so nerdy, and then just eat,” she told Body + Soul.
To avoid binge eating, Sophie satisfies her night night cravings. “I eat Love Bites at night instead of binge eating. I eat three packets of those instead of a Kit Kat and have them in bed before I go to sleep. It’s so good. It’s just a perfect compensation for chocolate and they’ve got barely any calories. Technically if I have about ten it’ll be equivalent to one Kit Kat,” she told Body + Soul.
Sophie’s life is very active making it difficult for her to hit the gym. “It’s hard for me because I have no routine so I just try and keep active throughout my day anyway,” she told Body + Soul.”I’ll do a plank randomly or I’ll do some sit-ups if I’m feeling sloppy. I’m pretty active during the day.” She might also do cardio. “On my days off, I try and jump on the treadmill,” she added to More to Love.
Sophie is also a yogi. “I love a bit of yoga Zen in the morning!” she told Now to Love. “Never going to get this,” she jokingly captioned a video of herself trying to get into a pose. “All forms of yoga have some basics in common, but there’s a lot of variety. In Hatha yoga, popular with beginners, you assume a series of physical postures (called poses) that take your joints and muscles through a wide range of motion. You also learn to regulate your breathing in synchrony with the movements. Yoga also emphasizes meditation to attain a calming focus,” says Harvard Health. “Yoga practices vary in the number of different poses, how long you hold them, and how you incorporate breathing or mental training.”
