Sophie Lloyd has announced that the venue for her debut London headline show has been upgraded due to high demand.
Celebrating the release of her 2023 debut album ‘Imposter Syndrome’, the British guitar sensation’s first London headliner was originally set to take place at the Camden Assembly on October 17.
Selling out within five minutes of going on sale, the show has now been upgraded to The Underworld on the same day.
Speaking on the show, Sophie has shared:
“I can’t believe I’m finally announcing my first official live headline show, it seems like such a long time coming.
“It’s funny because my anxiety and hesitancy to play live was what really inspired the creation of this album, the title track in particular. We put so much work and love into Imposter Syndrome and we’re so excited to finally take the next step in our musical journey and bring that to the stage so people can experience it in person with a full live band. It was so incredible to see the response to the album and sometimes I still have to pinch myself as I can’t believe we actually managed to pull it off!”
