Skindred are back and serving up more of their uniquely infectious stylings with a new full-length.
Skindred are back with a follow-up to their 2018 album ‘Big Tings’.
It’s going to be called ‘Smile’ and will be released next Summer via their new label Earache.

The band have also shared the first taste of it.
That’s ‘GIMME THAT BOOM’, a classic piece of party-starting, foot-stomping Skindred noise that deals out some hard home truths on communication and expectations.
Vocalist Benji Webbe had this to say about it:
“I was out shopping one day and I could hear someone building up asking me for a picture,” the eye-catching frontman recalls. “The person didn’t care who I was with or what I was doing – they just wanted their picture. In this day and age, people want you and they expect to get you on tap, constantly giving you that ‘boom’ so they can get their Instagram Likes up. It’s important to remember that people can’t give you that ‘boom’ all the time. People think because they follow you on social media, they own you.”
