KODY Brown still has not broken ground on his Coyote Pass property six years after paying $820,000 for the land.
Kody, 55, and his last-standing wife Robyn, 45, put their $1.6million Flagstaff, Arizona mansion on the market in August, The U.S. Sun reported.
Despite listing their home, which they share with their five children, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal Kody has not filed permits to begin building on Coyote Pass.
Kody purchased four parcels of land called Coyote Pass in Flagstaff, Arizona for $820,000 in 2018 when the family moved from Las Vegas, Nevada.
He planned to build five homes on the property for wives Meri, 53, Janelle, 55 Christine, 52, and Robyn, including a separate home for himself.
The family seemed to have been moving forward with the plan, as The U.S. Sun previously reported Kody and Janelle paid off the plot of land in their name on June 2, 2023, and an additional plot in Robyn’s name purchased for $170,000 each.

FAMILY BREAKDOWN
Kody has separated from three of his four wives in recent years.
Christine announced her split from Kody in November 2021.
She moved to Utah with their teen daughter Truely and announced her engagement to David Woolley in April after just months of dating.
The couple married in October 2023.
The U.S. Sun reported Christine signed over the parcel in her name to Kody and Robyn for just $10 on July 28, 2022.
Christine expressed her unhappiness in the marriage with Kody on Sister Wives, as he spent the majority of his time at Robyn’s home with their five children.
Then, Janelle and Kody announced their split on Sister Wives: One on One in January 2023.
Janelle said on the special: “Kody and I have separated and I’m happy, really happy.
“I don’t know, things just really became sort of indifferent, like I just didn’t care anymore.
“I’ve kind of mourned that that part of our life is gone. I wasn’t heartbroken. It wasn’t heartbreaking for me like it was for Christine.
“It was just kind of like, I just mourned that that life was gone… We had this great run.”
On the series, the couple also fought over Kody living primarily with Robyn, as well as his feud with their sons.
Meri announcing her split from Kody soon followed, as they had been having marital troubles for years.
Kody, who is a father of 18, still remains legally married to Robyn today.

ANOTHER SPLIT?
But the trailer for the upcoming season hints Kody may be gearing up for yet another split.
“I feel like the idiot that got left behind,” Robyn said to cameras.
Robyn told Kody in another clip, “I’m having a hard time, feeling like [I’m] losing respect for you.”
Kody shouted back, “Robyn, I can’t even get it straight with you right now!”
A source exclusively told The U.S. Sun, “Robyn and Kody are not doing well. They have been very unhappy. I mean, they’ve been unhappy since everything fell apart, but even more so now, it’s getting worse.
“He’s just really mad at the world right now. He’s not who he used to be at all,” the source continued.
“He’s completely changed. He’s angry and he’s volatile, and he doesn’t like anybody that’s not worshiping him.”
In addition to the splits, Kody has also been mourning the loss of his son Garrison with Janelle, who died by suicide at age 25 in March.
Season 19 of Sister Wives premieres on Sunday, September 15 at 10 pm ET on TLC.
