SHANIA Twain has worn a tamer outfit to a gala in Italy after receiving backlash for a tour look.
The country singer appeared ageless in a flowy white gown on Saturday.

Shania, 58, posed for pictures with American Idol Season 5 runner-up Katharine McPhee, and her husband, David Foster.
The gala was The Fab Thirties Event and took place in Forte dei Marmi, Italy.
Shania wore a long white dress that was adorned with colorful flowers.
The dress had three-quarter-length sleeves, a collar, and buttons down the front.

Her dress was so long that her shoes were not visible.
Shania wore her shoulder-length brown hair down and curly.
The singer appeared ageless as she wore a full face of makeup.
Shania posed with Katharine, 40, who wore a long sparkly black spaghetti-strap dress.
Katharine’s husband, David, 74, also hopped in a few photos with the singers.
He wore a typical suit with a cream-colored jacket that he held in his hand.
THAT DON’T IMPRESS
The covered-up look comes after Shania’s fans told her to “cover up” while wearing a sheer bodysuit and tights.
She performed at the Lytham Festival on the Fourth of July.
On her Instagram, Shania shared six images of herself on stage.
The singer wore a puffy orange jacket over a black bodysuit and fishnet stockings.

Mutt surprised Shania by asking for a divorce, leading Shania to ask Marie-Anne if she’d noticed any strange behavior from him. Marie-Anne reassured Shania that nothing strange seemed to be going on.
Soon after, Shania learned that Marie-Anne and Mutt had been having an affair.

Shania’s divorce was finalized, and the star was supported by Marie-Anne’s ex Frédéric – who found out about the affair before her – throughout the difficult time.

Despite fans being impressed with her performance, they didn’t care for her outfit.
“A coat and underwear? Come on, you have the money for better costumes,” a fan raged in the comments.
“… You don’t need to dress like that to sell your music.”
“I think we just want the regular Shania back,” said another.
“The one who doesn’t wear wigs, clown makeup and no clothes.”
“What happened to being classy? Love you, Shania, but I don’t understand the trashy outfits,” a third asked.
“That outfit is on another level of ridiculous,” another added.
