Shakira has announced a new album. Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, the follow-up to May 2017’s El Dorado, arrives on March 22 via Sony Music Latin. “Making this body of work has been an alchemical process,” Shakira said in a press release. “While writing each song I was rebuilding myself. While singing them, my tears transformed into diamonds, and my vulnerability into strength.”
According to a press release, the 16-track album features seven previously released singles, including “Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53,” “TQG,” “Te Felicito,” and “Copa Vacía.” See the album cover, shot by Jaume de Laiguana, below.
