Paparazzi recently caught Scott Disick as he departed from his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli’s home in Beverly Hills, California.

Scott, 40, was spotted near his car in a very laidback ensemble.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum sported a graphic black zip-up hoodie and gray baggy sweatpants.
His sweatpants were tucked into a pair of tan UGG boots.
Peaking from beneath his all-the-way zipped up hoodie appeared to be an olive-colored T-shirt.

Scott’s frame seemed to be slimmer as the outfit appeared to fit quite baggy on him.
Additionally, his face looked way more defined.
Kardashian fans picked up on the changes in the dad of three’s appearance, taking to a forum on Reddit to discuss his latest paparazzi pics.
A few fans pointed out how skinny he appeared to be.

Scott fueled intense concern over his appearance after a video of him was released on Instagram last month.
In the post, Scott spoke about his experience seeing a medium.
“You guys, I’ve always been skeptical of mediums but I was recommended to Chris by a friend of mine. I have to share some of it with you! It was crazy the things Chris knew about me that I have never told anyone. Speechless,” he captioned the clip.
Scott started off the clip as he reflected on the reading, sitting by a window with sunglasses covering his eyes.
For the chat with a psychic, however, Scott wore a different outfit and removed his shades, revealing the major weight loss on his face.
In the comment section, many fans overlooked the content of the video, and instead focused on the reality television star’s appearance.
“Scott are you ok???? You look so skinny.” asked one fan.
“He doesn’t look well… his eyes are sunk in and well you can just tell something’s not right… hope he has support with whatever he may be going through,” a second social media user wrote.
