Seen with sunken cheeks in new video with Khloe Kardashian from the latest episode of the Hulu show, Scott could be heard chatting to his ex’s sister.

The reality star was recalling how his assistant had quit because she was “spread too thin”.
But in the video, Scott looked very different, with many fans quick to say how he “looked rough”.
Scott, in previous years, had a rounder face and less prominent jawline, with him looking so much more slender recently.
“Um is Scott ok? He looks so skinny and out of it,” penned one person in a dedicated Kardashian subReddit.

Another person then took to X to say how Scott “looks rough on #TheKardashians“.
There were some positive comments about Scott’s appearance though.
One person said on X: “I actually love when Scott makes an appearance, he has grown up so much.”
They then later swooned: “I diggg Scott’s beard and hair.”
While a second person gushed: “I’ve been saying it all my life but Scott Disick is the most handsome man in the world for me.”
Over the last 12 months, Scott’s slimmed-down appearance has sparked concern among fans.
SLIMMER THAN EVER
Since last spring, the TV star’s face has been looking slimmer than ever before with his jawline more prominent and chiselled.
Many people have noted how Scott appears to have “sunken eyes and cheeks”, with his rounder jawline no longer apparent.
Scott shot to fame on Keeping Up With The Kardashians when he was in a long-term relationship with Kourtney Kardashian.
The pair were loved up from 2006 to 2015, with the former couple also sharing three children: Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10.

Kourtney Kardashian is the eldest of the Kardashian sisters. Kourtney shares three children with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick and later married Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker in 2022. Aside from her role on television, Kourtney is also the founder of the lifestyle blog Poosh.
They sadly parted ways with Kourtney citing Scott’s sobriety battles as the reason for their parting.
Also in the most recent episode of The Kardashians, Scott left viewers fuming when he tipped extremely low after making a Starbucks order.
In the episode, which saw Scott search for a new assistant, he made a Starbucks delivery order.
LOW TIPPER
Scott came under fire when his business partner Benny Luciano called him out for his very low tip.
“Did you just give him two dollars?” Benny asked Scott.
“Yeah, you don’t tip?” Scott replied, clearly proud of his two dollar offering.
“Yeah… but not two dollars,” Benny said, with Scott then quick to ask what he’d tip.
“You’ve gotta get 20% of that,” Benny replied.
Scott then snapped back: “I’m not tipping 20% on a $50 Starbucks order.”
