Prez doesn’t skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram post. One thing Prez is seen doing in it is lunges. She captioned the post, “When you realize the horizon extends further than hip thrusts. Built my entire glutes workout around these 3 exercises the other day and let me tell you, the pump was non negotiable. 🔥 Doms still here and my glutes are used to a lot. You better be saving these burners!”

Another lower body workout that Prez likes to do is squats. She shared this video on her Instagram account of herself doing them with a barbell.
