AMERICAN Idol host Ryan Seacrest has shown off his impeccable cooking skills after he split with his girlfriend Aubrey Paige.
The former couple began dating in 2021 and in late April of this year, they called it quits.

On Saturday, Ryan, 49, shared a few images on his Instagram encouraging his 6.5 million followers to eat healthy.
In the first snap, the radio host stood solo in his kitchen while flaunting what he cooked.
Inside the pan was broccoli and in the background, two cooked and seasoned chicken breasts sat on a metal crate.
The Idol host seemingly enjoyed his weekend lounging inside his luxurious home as he wore a loose-fitting knitted sweater and black T-shirt underneath.

In the following snaps, the new Wheel of Fortune host continued to show off his delicious meal.
In the caption, he wrote, “This is your sign to eat more greens.”
LIVING HER BEST LIFE
Meanwhile, on Friday, Aubrey shared a self-care video on her social media page.
The model gave fans a glimpse at the incredible view outside her Los Angeles apartment – which she recently moved into.
Aubrey drank a glass of red wine while only wearing a white robe and a towel wrapped around her head.
To shield her eyes from the sun, she accessorized with a pair of sunglasses.
She sat in a comfy white chair and sipped her drink while looking out into the distance.
Aubrey captioned her post, “Was anyone else dragging this week? Leave your answer in the comments.”
Fans were quick to share their replies in the comments while also praising the star.

Back in 2021, Ryan and Aubrey confirmed they were dating after being spotted together at a Memorial Day party in the Hamptons.
Since then, the two have made appearances on their social media accounts and celebrated their love for one another.
In a post celebrating the then-New Year 2022, Aubrey shared a sweet message to Ryan.

“Safe to say the best part of 2021 was meeting the most incredible man,” she said.
Their final post together was shared on April 4, 2024.
A source revealed to People that they called it quits – with Ryan’s rep confirming the news.
“After three beautiful years together, Ryan and Aubrey have mutually decided to part ways.
“They plan to stay in each other’s lives as good friends and support one another’s endeavors,” the insider revealed.
