Rose Bertram Shares Swimsuit Photo With "Perfect Imperfections" — Celebwell

Rose Bertram is showing off her tiger stripes in her swimsuit. The mother-of-two flaunts her incredible figure, stretch marks included, in one of her latest social media posts. In it, she lounges by the pool. “Perfect imperfections,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Rose Bertram stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Rose is devoted to exercise. “I work out at least 3 times a week, I do a combination of cardio and weight training,” she told Pretty Little Thing. How does she motivate herself when she isn’t feeling it? “I always imagine myself on a beach, taking pictures and give myself the motivation to keep that beach body!” Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Rose understands the importance of consuming healthy fats. One food she always has in her kitchen? “Avocado!” she enthusiastically told Pretty Little Thing about the omega-3 rich produce item.

Aside from her normal workouts, you can find Rose taking a group fitness class. “I love Barry’s Bootcamp, it’s a very intense class!” she told Pretty Little Thing.

Rose is “#Nevernotmealprepping,” she told Pretty Little Thing. She even has her own food company, Chubby In Shape. “I put a lot of work in it as I love being healthy and cook healthy meals for other people that want to eat healthy as well!” she said.

Bertram loves coconut oil. “I also use coconut oil a lot, for my teeth, hair, skin, everything!” she told IntoTheGloss. “They say that it bleaches your teeth and apparently, if you eat one spoonful of it a day, it burns fat. I don’t do that, but I do have very dry skin so it helps moisturize, and I cook with it a lot. Then, if I have a shoot, I just put it in my hair the night before and when I wash it the next day, it feels alive again.”
